Race and Equity

Produces work aimed at promoting public debate on racial equality in the private sector, as a result of case studies of racial diversity in the 500 largest Brazilian companies. The central objective is to inspire the development of a regulatory framework for affirmative action in the private sector. The line of research also addresses racial equality in the public sector, discussing the impacts of structural reforms, such as tax and administrative reform proposals, mainly on racial inequalities and economic injustice.
